Institutional capital requires portfolios, not single assets. But the market is fragmented into individual projects, each with its own permits and grid connection agreements. Building a portfolio takes local presence as well as legal and regulatory know-how.

The Solution

01 Acquire
We buy and hold. Fully financed, we acquire projects at RTB, manage them to COD. Each asset adds scale and diversification to our portfolio.
02 Deliver
As an operational investor we manage every step from signing to operation. We run the transaction, oversee EPC and O&M partners, and structure the right offtake for each asset.
03 Manage
We aggregate our assets into one fleet and trade it across day-ahead, intraday and ancillary services markets. Digital monitoring tracks asset health and investors receive regular reporting.

Most project developers exit at commissioning. Bullfrog builds a long-term portfolio, taking responsibility for risk management, execution and asset management across each asset's life.
